You can play VR if you own VR version.
Fusion can't change category to and from VR based on DLCs you have, so its marked as VR permanently in Steam store.
If you really want VR then you have to spent those bucks or wait for a sale.
Personally I'd say just enjoy the non-VR versions, but thats up to you.
I can do both and trying to play VR on flat sucks balls.
OP, looking at your game inventory you don't own a VR setup.
