There's a reason windows 10 is banned from all government installations in multiple countries in the world including the USA, France, Germany, and Russia.
Sorry but it's even in the microsoft End User License Agreement, by using and installing windows 10 you consent to having microsoft monitor all of your activities on the OS and consent to allowing microsoft to scan and document all files on your hard drive and submit the information back to their home servers, this has also been documented by security analysts.
Windows 10 is terrible, and no game company should force anyone to use it just to play their games. It's just morally wrong.
