It has local co-op mate, on top of that it is cheaper than most AAA games - what are you even talking about?
I'm very aware of that. But it was clearly built as a single-player experience. Yes, you can splitscreen. It's just there's not actually anything to do at the same time as each other and any interaction you do have narrows the already limited gaming experience considerably further. It is not a game that was built for co-op. And it has a litany of other problems.
Also at 40 quid RRP it's actually a lot more expensive than many AAA games at release. AC: Syndicate, JC:3 - the list goes on, with not even 5% of the gameplay of either of those titles. Obviously it doesn't compare to battlefront prices but EA shouldn't be seen as the benchmark for AAA.
