Buggy race stuttering

So I bougjt the game for PS4 and there is some stuttering during the race. I looked on few youtube videos from PC release and there is exactly this stuttering too...perhaps engine limitations? Too much physics or something for the engine hard to handle? Anyway great game I love Bud Spencer & Terrence Hill so this was must buy.

still need to play the game, but my max resolution is 1280 on a 2.66 quad core 8 gb ram win7 64bits gtx 750 ti 2 gb
Anyway i hope GOG gets the game aswell (DRM free ofcourse) now the client needs to run and any extra process running will always have a negative effect on gaming unless you have a 6 or 8 core or an I9 ( too expensive btw :D)

I saw the stuttering even in trailer, It's just some weirdly programmed camera movement or something because other things like animations of objects and texts are not stuttering at all..the "stuttering" is also in the second car level.
