Why the hell doesn't consumer rights work the same way with products like games on Steam? I hate that!
Could anyone please make a mod? Offline skirmish should work when you are OFFLINE, I give a Damn who is running the game or not, especially when games are more so run by the communities over the actual owners.
from what lil i understand, it wont happen. the "mod" would end up being a hacked image or some such and thats probably what sega was going for. distributing it would violate the enduser shackle.
But to be rude, nobody asked. Most of us work.
