Change Key configuration

I just bought the game and find it unconftable to use the default keybindings. I did a search and find this:

Now that i did everything as wroten there and still didn't change anything. The game controls the same as before. I have no clue why is that it doesn't even have the original keydefaults file.
So anyone know how to change the bindings?
