Mod/Console command for skills for Retribution campaign

Hello. Does anyone knows any mods or the console commands for items to fill the skill tree of the heroes in the Retribution campaign? Once I got one that I now don't remember. The wargear unlocker mod doesn't have this "power ups", and with the old Relic forums closed, I can't find many of the mods that were available before.

When I made mods for this game, I used something called "Copes Toolbox" which lets you find power ups, etc etc via lookup tables when you use the software

http://modsreloaded.com/copes-dow-2-toolbox (website isn't loading for me, but i'll link it anyway). Not sure about console commands and stuff, hope this helps

Ok. I didn't find anything on the files of Retribution, but using the magic of the Internet Archive, I found a link to a thread on the old Relic forums, andthe download link for the wargear plus skill boost are stil valid. Just change the "-"s for dots.

Hello :D sorry to bump up an old threat.. it looks like the site is no longer active.. however the files are there, do i just put them in the game directory? thanks!
