Finally Finished Lost Ember
So happy i finished the game but WOW what an ending. It was pretty SAD and at the same time quite interesting. I loved the game all the way from the start to the end and figuring out who Kalani was and her family, her mum and dad and what happened. The Story was amazing. I wasnt interested in really collecting mushrooms, relics etc but did collect a few along the way. as i was in it for the beautiful story.

I did see a playthrough of the chapters so you can go back and find relics etc but just happy I finished the game. :)

I found all the chapters great apart from Chapter 5. I had some annoyances in Chapter 5 with the ember guiding me in the wrong direction and wanting me to go down cliff faces to which it wasnt the way on and the game resetting me where I was, and had wall clipping issues, and parts where I wasnt supposed to be in that area, and the GOAT getting stuck in rocks etc. Chapter 5 definitely had its frustrations as there wasnt much room to walk around, during the cave / snow parts. Other than that all the other chapters were great.

I had one part in chapter 5 the Ember said there is a way on behind the ice spikes, so I rammed them with my goat which led to a dead end.... this frustrated me.

Great game and enjoyed the story, 9/10 on game and story.

Same, the story was quite nice and I really liked how everything came together in the end. So sad.

I picked up all of the collectibles, which forces you to really explore every nook and cranny of the beautiful world the developer put so much work into. For the most part it didn't feel like much of a grind.

I didnt see it as a grind game as there is no levelling system, its just an explore game,
i ddi pick up some of the extras but i played it mainly for the story and really enjoyed it.
I always felt like a woman could have done the commentary rather than a guy but in the end it didnt bother me as i enjoyed the graphics, the story etc.

I did experience one glitch in the game, where a waterfall was supposed to be ahead of me to continue however it didnt appear and was just a blank ledge which i fell off to the floor below and then i ended up in a place I shouldnt have been so i exited the game and restarted it and the waterfalll came back :)

Glad to finish it!
