Fallen Heroes

Hi,

At the Fallen Heroes screen: Can you enter your own name and search for it in game? I clicked on a name because I was curious and now at the homescreen I can't change that wrong name to my own.
I couldn't find out how to change that to my (new) name. The only option is to switch between all those names from unknown people.
Anyone have an idea? Would be really cool if I could display my name at the home screen ... :/ .

Hi, I'm one of the devs of lost ember.
Did you try to click on the text field in the upper right in the fallen heros menu? You can enter your name there.

On a PC you can type in your name with the keyboard. There's input field at the top right.

I don't know how this is supposed to work on consoles.

Hi. I'm very honored to read from a dev!
Yes, I've typed my name in the upper right text field but my problem still remains. If I do that, I can't save the change I made there and the wrong name still appears on my main menue.

Yeah, I've tried that. I DO type my name in there but I can't save that change. The wrong name still remains.

The Fallen Heroes names were a Kickstarter reward starting at the 'Digital Complete' level. Your name wouldn't be among them unless you pledged at that level or higher.

I totally skipped over reading that aspect in the initial post.

It's not possible to enter any arbitrary name. You can only select the names of existing Fallen Heroes (some Kickstarter Backers). The input field at the top right is for searching through the list of names for a specific one.

Ah! Ok, thanks guys :D . Is there any way to delete that name from the main screen anyways? Not to put my name there but to have it blanc like before? ;)

Click on the name again in the list.

That doesn't work. I've tried that before.

Did you try to enter the name/or click on the symbol, then trying to leave the fallen heros menu? It should ask you if you want to apply the selection.
