Report a translation problem
If you joined a lobby with a custom campaign, it gives you a link (I don't think it works) to download it. Check it on workshop.
Anything that you don't own has a large ? on the map preview, apart from Bonus Campaign.
It's the last option on the 'play online' fly out menu. Or you can enable console from the keyboards options and bring up the console with the key ` and typing 'openserverbrowser'. The server browser is the best way to search for games as it tells you what campaigns/levels, players, pings or mods are running on any given server.
If you got kicked, a message will appear.
Press the tilda ~ button on your keyboard to call up the console. There will be a message there saying something along the lines of "server shutting down..."
