Report a translation problem
The "Pipes" puzzle is one where you must rotate each section of the pathway so that it becomes colored (blue). You must create a solid pathway from the left side of the screen to the right.

Just rotate each individual piece to make a connected "pipeline" from left to right.

The other Binary puzzle with the series of 0's and 1's moving up or down is all about lining up all of the 1's so that they move in-sync.
If you have a display like this

0 0 1 0 0
1 0 0 0 0
0 0 0 1 0

You must re-arrange it so that it ends up like this
1 1 1 1 1
0 0 0 0 0
0 0 0 0 0
0 0 0 0 0
0 0 0 0 0

All of the 1's must be in the same line AND moving in the same direction.
It does not matter if it is moving up or down or if the horizontal line of 1's is elsewhere. All of the 1's just must be in the same line together, moving up or down at the same time.
To solve it, adjust each column so that the 1's fall into the same line as the others and then change the direction to the majority so that they stay in line. Simple.

Do not worry about the "Access Logged" prompt that comes up. There is simply an achievement for doing the Hacking process a number of times faster than that timer. It otherwise has no influence whatsoever.

Using an Adrenaline right before you start Hacking can give you a huge increase in the amount of time you have to do it, both slowing down the Access-Logged prompt and by comparison giving you more time per real-time second to think about what to do, since you are still functioning at full speed whereas the game has slowed down.
Numbers will reappear at the bottom when they reach the top and vice versa.
Wait for two columns with the number 1 coming from opoosite directions to align with each other on the same row
Change the direction of one of the columns to make them move in the same direction.
Wait till another column's number 1 aligns itself with the two columns
Change the direction of that column to match the direction of the aligned columns.
It is only possible for unaligned columns to meet when they go in the opposite direction. It is impossible for unaligned columns to ever meet when going in the same direction. In this case, change the direction of the unaligned column and wait till it aligns itself with the other aligned columns, then click the direction change button.
Your goal is to align all number 1s to be on the same row and going in the same direction.
You can just click on the columns to change directions instead those buttons at the bottom for convenience by the way.

Panels (or whatever is the name of the not-a-computer), you rotate the pieces to link one end to the other.
Computers, all 1s must be on the same line, and you do so by changing the direction they're going. Apparently if you join them together, you still need to click the one going on the opposite direction to actually complete the hack, or else it'll just pass through.
