How to complete "Computer Hacks without access being logged"? (Achievement: Security Expert)

EDIT: On the first campaign, "Jacob's Rest" only the computer in the very last mission can provide this. In other campaigns it is fairly easy to complete simply by quickly solving the puzzle.

If you can earn a point the computer will have a little red bar on the right next to the columns and (as far as I can tell) 5 rows not 4.

How do I complete "Computer Hacks" without access being logged? It is for the achievement "Security Expert.

This is referring to the ones where you have to move the lines up and down until you have a row of ones.

For the terminal hacks I know it is simply down to aligning the pipes fast enough.

Yea I just don't know what to do? It doesn't seem to show a progress bar and I've literally completed it in one click at least 2x and it didn't even count so I have no idea what the game wants.

That doesn't help me. What is a fast hack? How do I do it.

For Jacob's Rest, only the final computer hack in Timor Station will count.

The computer requires a red challenge bar for this achievement to trigger. The one in Landing Bay does not have this challenge bar.
