Insatia Not Working! :(

So, I recently downloaded the free demo of insatia for my son, he's been playing it non-stop everyday.. However, we come to try and play it today and nothing is literally happening.

Basically, when you double click the .exe nothing happens AT ALL.

No message to say there is an error, no process starts up in Task Manager for this game no nothing. I haven't changed any settings or done anything different since last playing the game.

Just stuck at a blank

i7 6700k
32GB RAM
1070 Zotac AMP EXTREME

p.s. Everything is updated, drivers, graphics drivers, motherboard drivers etc.. (usual common sense stuff) .. still nothing.

1. Please, try to download new version of the demo: https://kozinaka.itch.io/insatia
2. If it not solve the problem: the game write its execution events in Log.txt at folder C:\Users\~NAME OF WINDOWS USER~\AppData\Roaming\Insatia can you find it and post here last 10-20 lines of it?

There's literally nothing else in the text file.

I opened up the settings.xml file and it's completely blank, is it supposed to have text also in this?

Anyway, I will download and install the newer version right this moment and get back with the results from that. I will delete the appdata folder and let it repopulate with new information from the newer installation

Deleting the 'insatia' folder and allowing the new installation to write a new folder in there solved this problem. Thank you for letting me know that it had this subfolder, I've been looking for it and it's been driving me and mostly my son mad.

Thank you for your time reaching out to me, now my son can enjoy his favourite game again!

Hey, um, Kozinaka, please tell me if Insatia is gonna be released soon. I've had it for 3 years but still, nothing has popped up for the game. Has it been canceled? Sorry if i'm replying here but i really wanna know

ok, why the hell does this game not support windows 10 or 11 at this point, it says it supports windows 7 only, but steam no longer supports windows 7, so you basically can't get the game from steam for windows, so the devs really need to mark this game as compatible with windows 10 and 11
