cannot play online - connection to uplay lost
hey, as in the title, i cannot play online matches nor join friends, every time i got some loading and then poput about lost connection to uplay
anybody?

Same, internet crashes every time I try to create a lobby.

what internet are You using? i'am currently forced to use usb tethering from my mobile tablet and it's nearly impossible (according to my skills) to forward ports and mishmash with nat as Ubi suggested. how it's in Your case?

It sounds like you've already taken a look at this troubleshooting[support.ubi.com], but if you haven't yet I recommend trying the steps it provides. If you're having trouble doing the port forwarding, we have a guide[support.ubi.com] that may help out. hello Ubisoft. as I mention before, I'm unable to port forward anything due to my internet access is currently from mobile tethering - thus entering router configuration via browser is impossible. I will make case at support, maybe there You can help. thank You!

No, I ended up refunding the game... I have contacted Ubisofr support but they could not help me... Probably just Internet providor problem.

The fact that it is 2020 and this still has not been fixed is depressing.

I have no idea if it is the same for any of you but two of my friends have BullGaurd antivirus and both of them couldn't even get into online, one of my friends said that it was the only thing their Pc's had in common so they both turned it off and wham it worked, they could both get into monopoly plus online. If anyone else has problems getting into online it might just be your antivirus clashing with the game. Hope this helps :DD

I can't play online and I have no anti virus software. Purchased through steam. I seem to can't get a connection to uplay despite being connected to uplay :steamfacepalm:
