win movie_z crash on windows n editions. [FIX]

I have never had a game require windows movie maker to work.
This download fixed it for me.

Hey there.

That's bizarre. Not heard of this before. I wonder if WMM contained some sort of video codec that was missing? Nevertheless thanks for the tip!
