Multiple Rulesets in Online Game

I've tried doing the one he does here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Ce9BGwFSrk&ab_channel=Heaven (but I can only select that fast in custom mode).

Is it possible to do Multiple rulesets in a match on PC?

Hey JacobJake7,

I'm not sure whether this is intended or not.

You can choose different House Rules from the right of the Rules Selection screen. However, it is not possible to create your own rules by changing or combining House Rule parameters.

I'm not sure how to advise there.
