Agreed. That and the strict NAT issue makes the game unplayable for a large number of people. My friend is not tech savvy enough to fix the issue on her end, so we just cannot play. I bought 3 licenses for nothing. GET RID OF ALL THESE LAUNCHERS AND APPS AND LET STEAM WHAT THEY DO BEST - SELL GAMES AND FACILITATE MULTIPLAYER!
In our connectivity troubleshooting[www.ubisoft.com], we mention ISPs. Indeed, when sharing that troubleshooting myself and other support agents will often recommend that players reach out their ISPs directly for their assistance in setting up their network in the way we've recommended, as we know it can be difficult to do for someone inexperienced in configuring networks.
That said, if your friend reaches out to us on our support site, we may be able to offer her specific troubleshooting steps that can help.
I understand your feedback, though, and it's great you've sent it across - I'm sorry the connectivity requirements for Monopoly Plus aren't quite as simple as our other games, and I really appreciate you sharing your thoughts on this. Let me know if you've any further questions or comments at all!
