Problema conexión/ Connection Problem
Me compre esto para jugar unas partidas online con mi hermano y cual es nuestra sorpresa que no podemos jugar juntos.
-No conecta a la partida online, no puedo jugar con él ni con nadie multijugador, en un juego de este tipo lo rompe completamente.
-Se conecta con los launcher de Steam y Uplay. para que?
-Al hacerme la cuenta me pidió otro mail diferente del que yo suelo usar para los juegos, no se porqué tampoco.
-El servicio al cliente es pésimo, encima solo atienden en inglés, supongo que no tienen ganas de solucionar los problemas de sus clientes. Podrían buscarse la vida para traducir las quejas ellos mismos.

Hey there.

If you're still having issues with connectivity after performing all of the steps of our troubleshooting[support.ubisoft.com] please open a support case here[support.ubi.com] and attach a screenshot of your port forwarding configuration to that case please. If you're having difficulty with port forwarding especially, I know it's a tricky subject, then I'd recommend speaking to your ISP if they provided you with the router or alternatively the router manufacturer if it was purchased separately. The reason being is that the steps to forward ports correctly differ depending on the router.

With regards to your comment about not serving additional languages, this is not true. We have a Spanish support team who you can reach by following the support case link above so if you're more comfortable discussing this in Spanish then that's absolutely something we can offer for you!
