When i start online mode my internet is gone
Can som1 help... When i start in online mode then my internet is gone in the hole house.

How to Play online? PLZZ help :_)

I’ve moved this to support.

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble during your gameplay as it is resetting your router. There are few steps to follow to resolve the issue:

• Disable UPnP on the home gateway
• Update the firmware of the home gateway
• Check with the gateway manufacturer for any known issue

Exactly like Firestarter has posted a video on his comment

If it still doesn’t resolve the issue, then we need more information:

1. Where and how exactly you are facing this issue (start of the game, while joining the session or after many session)?
2. Do you face the problem at the particular location or time period after you join the session or is it just random?
3. Can you please provide the configuration of your PC and your internet connection details such as ISP and Speed?

i have this exact problem and it happens to me AS SOON as i click online mode

yesterday my router kept resetting but i was playing fine last night after disabling UPnp and had a moderate NAT type...today i opened a port as ive done previously in other games and i had a nat type as "open"...

YES i thought! BUT my router was back to resetting as before...THUS this is where im at...ive tried everything u listed and everything i can read and find anywhere...even with the default settings as it had when the game worked with a "moderate nat" dont work and cause the router to reset

it also happens when i get into game but if it doesnt then it DOES as soon as i click online

still happening NO MATTER what i do...ill never support another title from the company again...

the shere idea that u gotta jump thro a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ flaming hoop to get something to work the WAY IT WAS intended is lol and a rec player is gonna figure these things out huh? a pleb is gonna go thro all this ♥♥♥♥ to play? nope...u ♥♥♥♥ the normal gamer even harder than u do some1 like me

had a blast the first night playing this and since then its a nightmare...like 15 hours ive spent on this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ over 3 days....♥♥♥♥ U stop selling this piece of ♥♥♥♥

i mean have u ever EVER EVER exp a game crashing ur net and resetting the router? come the fk on

and after DOZENS of hours played without a problem this game and THIS GAME ALONE is back to resetting my router switching form moderate and open nat ffs

Greetings UbiPune. Please tell me how disabling UPnP is considered a solution and not a temporary workaround while the network team works on a real fix.

And an urgent one. I'm playing solo with AI, and still the game is making my modem to reboot itself to infinity as soon as the match starts.

I won't disable Upnp since it's like telling someone to stop using his car if he doesn't like other people breaking his window and turning his car off all the time.

Please give us some news on how is this being resolved if you can. I dno't want to refund the game, I really like it. But this is far beyond game breaking.

I'll gladly provide any info you request, even those 3 steps. Just let me know.

I'm having the same issues.
1. The game starting and it will go down instantly or take up to 1 minute before crashing (I haven't even tried starting a game once!)
2. I'm only playing from my own PC at home, but it's not having any issues with any game crashing my internet.

I'm having the exact same issue but its my modem instead. I'm not exactly a computer genius so and i can't find how to change my MODEM's settings, only my router(which is useless as i'm connected directly to the modem(yes i still use two seperate devices for this purpose.

Hello. A month and a half has passed since my post, and three months and a half since Ubisoft replied.

Ubi, please answer. We'd love for you to fix your game. No other software out there resets home modems. Don't blame third parties. Take the responsability and fix the game, PLEASE.
