Decline to Buy Property??
Does anybody know how to decline to buy a property? The only choices I see are auction and buy. I suspect it's going through the auction, but it gave the property to my opponent when I entered into it and then backed out. Thanks in advance.

This is how the rules of Monopoly are suppose to work, if you decline to buy it goes into an auction and goes to the highest bidder, which could be yourself if everyone else is out of money, might get it for a lot cheaper!

Or if you play one of the different versions offered at the start, one of those allows you to decline to buy without auctioning it, but I can't recall which version...been awhile since I played.
Edit: I was describing offline play versions, not online.

This was my issue with the game..
Why only play one option. Why not set them for an entire game ?
When we got on Start, no double pay, and "Free Parking" didnt give us anything either..
Weird rules..
