That's unfortunate, i don't think there actually is a way to bypass or get around that if that happens, it needs to be patched.

What i found on reddit (4 years ago):

"I managed to find a softlock in my first game versus AI. They don't seem to be able to sell houses, and if are ever out of properties to mortgage, but have properties with Hotels/houses it will simply wait forever for them to do nothing. 1/5"

So that's basically what happened?

Can't remember well, it' been a while but I think the doggo had no money and Tommy declared bankrupt to the doggo, then that happen cuz he couldn't pay the mortgage of Tommy properties

Ah, never had that happen to me but i usually don't play against AI, so i wouldn't have noticed that this is a thing. :lol:
