Trade multiple money

If opponent owns a building and I want to buy the building; is there a way to transfer multiple money without tapping the plus button 300x ?

I cannot figure out for the life of me how to transfer money "in bulk" whether its by Tens or Hundreds.

Little late, but for others sake: Rather than spamming right click, press and hold the right arrow key on keyboard. It goes super quick. You have to click on the $ bar of the player first though of coarse.
