There are a lot of bugs, one of which game breaker
For some weird reasons I just cannot build after owning all the same-colored properties

One of the bots owned entire area and the game just got stuck and never advanced, had to quit it. Badly, these bugs are a no go. Maybe I will have to play Rento until all the bugs are fixed.

I achieved the bug after playing firstly a game with build-anytime rule in an incomplete areas, then after that I played a Rabbids game in which the building bug happened.

Same here, can't buy any houses. Pretty game-breaking...

Just figured out what causes the bug, and it's so stupid... Do you have subtitles enabled by any chance? If that is the case then try to disable them and the option to buy houses should stop being greyed out.

Did Ubisoft even test this game at all?

Ubisoft can't test games anymore just sells it. I remember Far Cry 4 with all black terrain...

Sadly no even single news from he developers. And the game installs and required uPlay.
