The link isn't up to date. ending 20 is incomplete. it only says to reprimand Umeko when you're supposed to reprimand Takako first, THEN Umeko

good to know. I was still able to get the ending following this guide but thanks for that update! I want people to get the correct guide so hopefully they will find a better one.
I think someone posted the official guide in the comments above.
