i downloaded this game from my inventory , after loading screen game crashed how to fix it? or refund my payment...i tryed reinstall graphics card driver and restart pc but game still crashing

There is a fix around is has to do with gen 10 and up intel cpus I think i found the fix on mxgp pro forum but it may be somwhere in this forum if I see it I'll make a new topic to help newcomers aware there is a fix.
