Challenge 15 Bug (level 29)

Bonus level 15: Only satisfied customers will give bonuses.

I've played this level multiple times, getting 5 hearts for every single customer, and have "failed" every time. I've tried using the entertainer for every table, I've tried not using the entertainer at all. I consistently finished the level with about 1900 points (you need 1650).

Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

I was able to fix it

just replay it and leave it running . . don't do anything (be employee of the month)

Then replay it and you should be able to get that diamond :)

I had the same issue. Reinstalled the game. That was the only thing that helped me.

Had the same problem，but this method worked.I failed this level with a complete 0 and i replayed again.This time i finally got the diamond.THANKS A LOT!

I've had the same glitch for the same challenge but 2nd play though with the challenge, it worked and looking at the other comments, this is glitch very common. Happy I'm not the only one.
