Issue with fruity water

No matter which level I'm on, I can't pick up the fruity water hence I am unable to complete all the trophies haaaaaaaaaalp :(

Hi there! I am sorry to hear you are having trouble and can advise this is a known issue to us. The fruity water is no longer included in the trophy, so it should not prevent you from completing Paige's room. Our tech team looked into that last year and was unable to fix it, so they removed it from the trophy. Customers will still not order the fruity water, but it will not count towards the trophy. I apologize for any inconvenience and hope this helps! <3

It's 2021... I'm having the same issue with my game. I've played through all the products twice just to make sure, and still says I need to use that one little product to complete the trophy. Hence I can only conclude it's hinting at the fruity water, which I can't access. It's the only trophy I still need. Extremely frustrated.

the dev replied that they removed the fresh fruity water from the achievement tho.. is it still not working? if not then i'm stop playing GH games.. play to get 100% achivo :(

Has this been figured out yet? i played the game twice on two different devices and im still having issues with the fruity water :( it's really frustrating

still broken, while it counts as getting the item, you cannot USE the item so it does not count towards the using the item achievement.
