Corrupt profile after crash: DELETED

So I was playing the game with my daughter, were doing chapter 9 in the castle, exploted the debris on the lab door, and when entering the room the game sudenly crashed, after that we started the game again and a message popped up saying our profile was corrupt and was DELETED... what?... we really don't want to go through it again.. pass on. SAD
