Ottoman Seal

Hello everyone. I'm having trouble with an artifact not saving. When I collect the Ottoman Seal, complete the level and even complete multiple levels after that to make sure it saves, I go to my artifact collection and it doesn't appear. I also look at the level screens (where it shows the artifacts in the level that have been collected) and it doesn't appear in either. Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.
