steam any recent refund for ending?
in the past month i spent $30 on in-game merets that cannot be refunded since they're bought through Steam, and the game is shutting down now. :steamsad:
in purchases i found a refund request button but merets are non-refundable.
some of the purchases were as recent as three days ago.
i hoped maybe there would be a refund to wallet possible, but i can't find anything.

yeah, i'm having the same issue. i spent over 40$ on this game semi recently and I was hoping I'd be able to contact steam directly about it, but that doesnt seem to be possible. would love to know if theres any way i can do this

Hey guys, we're currently trying to work with Steam to get them to waive their normal refund policy. We want Steam players to also be able to get the same refund Nexon Launcher players got. As of right now, most requests are likely being auto-rejected due to playtime.

Once we get an update on this, we'll let you guys know. It's difficult because your payments likely used Steam Wallet, which we have no jurisdiction over.

will the Founders be refunded?

i bought the legendary founders pack long before launch. and just a year and a half later, its shutting down?

mmmmh i still have a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of merits but i purchased them longer ago, what about those? bc basically its virtual money lying around in my account :/

I'd love to be able to refund my founders edition aswell, including any merets brought aswell.

I'm still tryingn to get them to give me a refund, but they refuse. The publisher's issuing refunds for people who spent money on their website - but so far those of us on steam just seem to be getting the shaft regarding it. I've spent a lot on the game, and I'm a bit ticked off.

As MapleStory 2 had a Cash Shop Revamp on December 11th, we have provided a longer-than-typical refund window to accommodate those players who purchased any items since the update. My ticket has been manually denied by a Steam Support member. It wasn't an automated response, they said they had reviewed my case and denied it on the basis of a violation of Steam's Refund Policy. They wouldn't state which party of the policy was the reason for denial. From what I read of the article, it's most likely because the premium currency has already been consumed, as they refuse refunds for in-game purchases, "so long as the in-game item has not been consumed, modified or transferred."

I spent no small amount of money on merets since the beginning of March, and I would just really like that money back.

i bought my founders pack on nexon..... so i contacted nexon. why would i contact steam about a something i bought on nexon...

they are denying founders refunds. you can refund merets but you cant refund the founders pack. i feel scammed.
