I think this because during the beginning of the game Nexon was bragging about the amount of players on Steam, and never gave a number of how many were using the Launcher or the actual total.
Most PC Gamers use Steam, it is impossible to see a Steamless Gamer PC, even the MMORPG Players who are often required to use Launchers instead of Steam, have Steam installed.
I was forced to use Nexon Launcher for 80% of the time I played this game before going to Steam, but I think if people got a chance they would use Steam instead, becuse this I think 50% is the maximum.
But if you see Steam Charts data it's make clear the disappointing state of this game, the game has lost 72% of the average online players base in less than 3 months, and even releasing new content.
Whoever played Tree Of Savior knows what's going to be this game in a year, if not worse.
Also recently, reddit had a massive hubbub about a normal player botting, getting shamed on reddit, and nexon handwaving it because they said "video can be edited".
They still show up from time to time. But i guess they dont need to advertise at all, since game economics are realy realy bad.
The keyboard & mouse controls are garbage, they haven't fixed them since May and there are no chance for this to happen.
The gameplay is repetitive, too simplistic and idiotic. Whatever is considered to be "end game" has too high requirements.
If Team Fortress 2 is the hat simulator, MapleStory 2 is the fashion simulator.
Dead game.
