If you have some sort of message that denotes that your review was removed from a moderator of this game's staff, please PM me, but I'm highly skeptical that would be the case.
I'd be willing to bet with whatever overpriced and undervalued real money backed in-game currency this game uses that the development team doesn't give two ♥♥♥♥♥ about any of the reviews it gets as long as the game is still making money. Somewhat ironic considering the game apparently opens a browser with a survey to try to get feedback every time you close it.
Considering the generally ♥♥♥♥♥♥ service a lot of people get from Nexon, such as having accounts banned solely for trying to enjoy the product as intended, it's a wonder anyone like me who has played one of its games before and heard the horror stories gives the company additional chances to prove it can do better.
Game has pretty much killed itself. As most of us called from the start, was filled with botters, and afk farmers.
we know that you guys dont care. i dont know why you guys always go for short term profit instead of a long term one. next time nexon publishes a game remind them to make the game fun and people may invest more in it and the game may wont be short lived :)
You say you can see it, I physically can not. When I go to the game's store page, I don't get an option to look at my own review, which makes it look like it's been removed.
You're a shining example of how they think of the community if you're able to snark the community like this. It's a good example of why I won't give any of you my money.

And the shopsite will always give you the option to either write a review or to edit a review, you've already written one. There's no option to write a second review to a game as far as i know. If both options aren't available, then it's propably a better idea to contact steam so they can explain, why this happens or they can fix it, if it's a bug.
Didn't actually know I could find my reviews that way. Only way I knew was going to the game I reviews and looked at it directly
You (and others) are missing the point of my message. I am saying, why would we specifically remove and go through the trouble of removing a singular negative review from 2018 (well over a year ago from the time that you wrote this thread) when there are far less constructive and more scathing reviews up.
It doesn't really make much sense. And that's OK if you don't spend your money - the game is fully free-to-play anyways!
My point remains, that if you were notified your review was removed by a member of our staff, feel free to message me, otherwise you may want to do as Maya suggested and reach out to Steam if you think it's on their end.
That's what happens when you jump the gun. You literally accused staff and/or the company of purposely targeting you and abusing a platform's review system for personal gain, something you don't have a clue about on the developer's side, and then you're trying to point your finger back at them for not caring because you misunderstood the developer's reply. In my opinion, Kyrios's reply was sharp, but perfect seeing as how you started this post to begin with. Having worked Customer Service for some years, I completely understand lol.
