Unable to connect. Error code: 10060
What does this mean? Why can't I access the game?

I have same issue, trying to connect to Oceania. Server must be down.

there's no new content, just the f2p update

there's no new content, just the f2p update
Sure there is, lvl cap up, new zone including the Runeblade class being added today. Not to mention a load of fixes/changes...full patch notes will be released after the servers have gone back up.

just paid for "immediate access founders pack". And now i have to wait 6 hours? so now i fear i'll probably refund this this game after i test play it a few minutes. That maintenance could have been completed at yesterday...not on launch day. Shame on you for a very disappointing start DEVS.

NOT A FUN LAUNCH DAY at all.

Don't you think you're overreacting a little bit? You could've done some research before purchasing...

Sorry but I have no sympathy for you on this at all, nor do I feel you have any right what so ever to blame Nexon...you paid for a early access founder pack, the day it was going F2P, which in itself is, well, to be blunt, dumb. (Though I guess you will still get the unique founder only goodies and 30 days of premium and bonus merits and stuff, so only slightly dumb)

Besides, it was made known yesterday that there would be maintenance today for approx 6 hours at this time.

The 6 hour maintenance could have been completed a day before release. Doing this on release show no consideration for players preferance.

Yep it could have been done a day before release... When all the people that PAID to play are playing... No. It makes sense that they do it when the game goes F2P.

idk what their thread says it is clearly their problem not ours as i could connect to the european server this morning, also my member login rewards better have not reset because i was about to get that leveless pet
