how do you open underwater golden chests?

There are secret paths that lead to there. I suggest going on Youtube and searching for the area + golden chest. There's some people who uploaded how to get to them.

They usually hide the path underneith/behind destructible objects or behind the terrain hidden from the camera.

Just have to look around a bit near the chest.
