A system error has occurred. Please try again later (Error 2024/1903)
Been trying to make an account for some time, both in client, and in browser. Can't.
Any way around this? Or is it because theres some sort of maintenance going on?

The chance of this being the same issue you're having is probably low, but I thought I would share anyways. You can safely rename it back to hosts again after you have linked the accounts.
Edit: After some testing I can see that the cause was Iovation, a third party service that nexon uses.

That has worked! Though this is very concerning indeed, I have added your comment as the solution for this thread, for anyone else having that problem. Thanks

Edited my response to mention that the cause was Iovation. It's a third party service that Nexon has used for a while it seems. Affected urls contain iovation and iesnare, in case you want to filter them out of your hosts file.

As a heads up, you dont need to do that, just rename the host file for the initial linking of the accounts, then it seems like having the hosts file back in place after that is done doesnt affect the game

I was also experiencing this error and found that the problem was related to the adblock running on my tomato router. I turned off the adblock feature and I was able to link my account.
