Can I use the outfits on other characters?

So I just got the master edition and I wanted to know if I create many characters, I'll be able to use the mounts and outfits on all of them. Thanks!

I believe you can only use them on the first character you make in that region. in other words, even if you delete the character, the items do not come back.

You can transfer vanity items using the bank safe to other characters within the server. Few items are character binding but most of them are transferrable.

Also, Meret is only redeemable for the first server you choose to make character, but other items will be granted to each first character you create on the all servers.
