Gender Change Coupon = Waste of 13$
Considering this coupon charge 1.3k merits (~13$), I assumed that I'd be able to change my appearance afterwards. (It says you get a choice, but it's one choice)
Just for reference, in order to change my Hair, Skin Color, Eye Color, etc, it'd cost me like 20-30$. So this is pure BS and I haven't even played this game for a day.

I'm gonna have to make a new character to fix it :/
Nexon support is absolute garbage and they haven't ever done anything in the ~10 years I've played their games to prove otherwise so no chance of a refund or anything.
So ♥♥♥♥ me I guess.
