LOW FPS
when im in game. it looks fine. whenever i get in settings page or play the game, fps drops to 1. i cant play it. is there any solution for this?

same.. ive played swat 3 (non steam version and it worked fine).. must be something we can do.

Use Dgvoodo2 to play this game, its a program that allows you to run most old games with any resolution you want with 0 problems.

i downloaded it and was password protected?

I ended up using DXWND for now. works fine
