Map Greyed Out Bug

Hi, I've run into what appears to be a critical error and I'm uncertain of how to fix it. I entered the Neketaka area map in order to travel to another point in the city, but clicked on the ship icon in order to swap over to my ship supply and information page (NOT the icon at the bottom toolbar, but an icon ON the map). After exiting the ship supply page, the map icon is unclickable and greyed out. I also can no longer leave the map I am on. Going to the edges of the map and clicking on the exit icons does nothing. Pressing the map hotkey does nothing. I'm quite literally stuck where I am.

I cannot find a fix. I reloaded a save, used the wait command, tried entering and exiting buildings, exited and restarted the game, and even built a new character in a whole new save and the map icon is still greyed out.

Any ideas on how to fix this mess?

Have exactly the same error as of now. Did the same, and now, in every savegame the map button is greyed out? What is this!
