Eder permanently stuck in a slog zone?

hi, I really think the game has been great so far and think trolls and people not used to doing quests that aren't completely laid out for them will fall away after some time.

I had one of my issues solved here before ("news" wasn't updating) :) and am wondering if this is a bug or not; Eder is stuck permanently in a slog zone (can't run even after I switch him in/out). I failed the quest to save his son and when I interact with him it says he's exhausted or some such, so I'm not sure if this is supposed to happen or not? I don't use him anymore anyway but still would like to know if this is working correctly or not.

Same happened to me with two other characters. Xoti and Fassina are permanently slog zoned. No sleeping, no leaping has changed that.

This was a while ago, but I was actually able to resolve this by bringing the person to an actual slog zone somewhere and then running them out of it, I think that is all I had to do.
