Any tips on the Oracle of Wael fight?

I've been stuck on this boss for 2-3 hours now. It has no business being this difficult and annoying on normal. My team consists of a MC Brute, Eder, Xoti, Aloth, and Fassina (all max level). Everyone ate Shark Soup for Paralyze immunity.
The best I’ve managed is getting it just below bloodied before getting overwhelmed by adds. My Brute was running around dealing with adds and protecting the backline, but he just couldn’t keep up. Either Aloth or Xoti gets beamed into oblivion, unable to cast ♥♥♥♥, and ends up dying without doing anything.

You should be stacking concentrations on your casters so they can't be interrupted.

Meteor swarm and xoti fire raining from the sky ability is good for the Minions.

He's a tough fight but there shouldn't be any reason you're having that hard of a time on normal besides doing bad tactics.

Any recommendations for tactics? I can’t quite grasp the combat strategies in this game.

Slow down and kill the wave of adds before you get back on the boss. Basically he spawns adds when he hits certain health thresholds and the adds will overwhelm you.

Bring a priest and a cipher. Feed your priest with ancestor memories. Cast barring death doors to each of your party member and spam salvation if time, there are also abilities that extend spell effects.

When you managed that, you can brute force your way to defeat it.
