Companion's relationship to -each other-

I am trying to grasp how much "panicking" do I need to...invest...into Xoti hating anything that comes out of Tekehu's mouth...while he loves everything that comes out of hers...but she can't stop touching his hair or whatever - talk about a fake B!

Like...if this blows up...do I get a chance to intervene...or does Xoti go like I AM DONE BYE after the hate bar reaches a certain threshold...can I just....let her hate on him and I can "manage it"...or am I supposed to lock her in an INN when I deliver quests or something??

I mean I want the story to flow and uncover whatever as I RP...but I am too scared getting locked into a situation someone runs off just cause a companion sneezed wrong...too much of that in real life already...will they at least leave the gear they had in the stash?? xD.

I could take them out for some Delver's Stew to smooth things out or whatever, that'd be cool...but I am just stuck with her hating on him constantly for what I can only assume him using the word "Ekera" "irresponsibly".

certain combination of companions will hate each other regardless xoti/pallegina but they wont leave your party outright due to their relationship with each other.

companions will only permanently leave your party when you did something they are really against such as sefaren and slavery although you can see this coming from a mile away so you can save your gear before they leave.

My Xoti/Pallegina got along passably well - yes, religion was a sore spot but they bonded over duty and cosmopolitanism enough to make up for that.

Anyway OP you don't need to worry.

The companions relationship with each other is a way the game keeps new playthroughs fresh, you will get some dialog here and there regarding what companions think of each other but thats it. They wont leave your party just because they are paired with someone they hate.
In some cases it will affect the endings, for example: IF you dont romance Xoti she may end up with Maia or Edér
