I can't find Pallegina.

I beat PoE without ever recruinting her and I've imported the save to PoE2.

For some reason, I can't find here anywhere. I've looked in the places the Wiki sites, but she isn't there either.

Could someone help me, please? Is is a consequence of not recruiting her in the first one?

Have you gone to the palace and met the queen yet? Sometimes she's there and offered as a companion by the valians during the meeting

Is there a dialog tree I should be following or a quest of some sort?

If she's not offered as a companion to you in the palace during the event, and not in the valian headquarters in town (the valians would tell you that she's there if you wanted to recruit her), then she doesn't exist, and it would definitely be because you didn't recruit her in the first game.

I'll try looking for a mod to try and force recruit her... =(

Yeah she should be in the Valian embassy right when you walk through the door. Might want to look at some console commands and see if there is an add character command in there somewhere.

I'm sure she's not there because of not recruiting her in the first game. I've never done this, but I imagine the reasoning is they don't have dialogue for her for meeting the watcher the first time and having no history with the watcher. There's many times throughout the game where she mentions your previous adventures, which wouldn't make sense if you never recruited her in the first game.

the Valian embassy? there is no Valian embassy. theirs a Valian Trading Company HQ but i see no embassy
