Archmage Vault quest glitch

I completed the Archmage's Vault quest, got the tablet and left the manor, but I now can't find Netehe to give her the tablet. She's been there most other times I was at the palace. I think I'm meant to be able to get some dialogue to recruit Fassina too, but that's not coming up.

You can't recruit fassina until after the quest is complete.

Have you tried waiting til day time? Some npcs don't hang around places 24/7.

I don't know where the one girl was (I think the one you're looking for), I took mine to the lady out front of the imperial command in the brass citadel. She's only there during the day

That makes sense. So I'll need to find one of them to kick off Fassina recruitment and possibly the later archmage stuff...

Yep, tried waiting until daytime. She's been there at night before outside the palace, just not now I've done the quest. Not checked in brass citadel to see if the other girl's there, trying to do a Huana heavy run.

Same issue. As others have reported elsewhere, I talked to Tumara first which may be the cause of the bug. Unfortunately I don't think I *can* just go to Imperial Command and turn the quest in there, as the entire map is hostile for reasons.

So if you're doing a Huana run, try taking the queen's final quest and coming back after it's done? I think that still fixes it, but I could be wrong. One of the later updates made it so a few quest-givers clear out of Serpent's Crown in Act III (the old lady bounty hunter too) to keep them safe until you either do the RDC quest or take out the RDC for the Huana/VTC, so that the quest-crucial NPCs can't accidentally die while you're fighting your way to assassinate the queen. Not the best implementation, seems like they could hold off on that until you actually accept the quest from Karu, but I think that's how it is.
