Question about endless queries quest?

I've decided to play pillars of eternity 1 and 2 again but stuck on endless queries quest the wiki clearly states that with three different types of Motes, they will accept to reconcile but that don't seem to be true I've tried to give the shackled spirit one of each mote, mote of conviction,mote of regret and mote of hostility but could not get both to reconcile the wiki fandom must be wrong so what is the mote combo to get them to reconcile?

Did you turn on the option to see unqualified dialogue option.

I don't know what to tell you but I never fail to reconcile them.
