Critical Role voice pack DLC

Hi, I had installed this last summer, but had not played since. I want to use their voices, but is this something that I can only do at character creation, or is there an option to apply this when partway through the game?

You can change your character's appearance and voice at any time in game

I was trying to locate where to do this but I am clearly overlooking this option. Can you tell me where to do this?

Press C whilst in game.

On the character panel, click on the middle button (Appearence) below your portrait, then choose a portrait or voice by clicking on the arrows.

And any adventurer character you make

Yes, only the custom-made characters can be altered, the pre-made companions can't.
