I believe its a multiclass of Berath Priest + Beckoner Chanter which I think fits your description. Mostly because the Berath subclass gives access to abilities involving grim prayers and the chanter abilities allow you to summon skeletons and spirits. You can also take advantage of being a chanter by adding a bunch of debuff chants to sing while you summon your minions or cast more debuffs.
Personally I think this multiclass would work really well because you're only focusing on summons and some debuff chants on the Chanter side, and focusing on the debuff prayers on the Priest side. You won't really be missing out on the top tier power abilities.
Now for the Speed run of PoE:
As for a speed run of PoE, if you want to use Chanter, I suggest having him be at the front line, just chanting buffs and debuffs while tanking (and let your companions do the work). Theres a chant that makes your party run faster i think.
To make it even faster, I suggest creating a Blunderbuss Cipher and use Ectoplasmic Echo on Sagani's pet and have it run behind all the enemies and just sweep them with a huge laser. This works with summoned spirits from the chanter too.
