Просадки фпс и лаги

Я как понял игра вообще не оптимизированна или что? r5 2600, rx 588 saphire nitro + 16 gb 3000 мгц, при игре постоянные просадки и подлагивания, настройки ставлю на низкие такая же херня,вообще ничего не меняется,у всех так или только я лох?
