You get custom characters from the Inn.
Go to recruit adventurer and there you go a companion you can make for yourself.
Ahh i see. Other than a Trainer (Cheat) or the Console using the ~ option, and typing in iroll20s
and following it with "AttributeScore (Player Name) (Attribute Name) #: " without brackets. I have no idea.
Type PIllars of Eternity 2 Unity Console Nexus on google and you'll find it.
Custom inn characters have no backstory (story and lore is important in CRPGs)
Will end up using the mod, which is this one: https://www.nexusmods.com/pillarsofeternity2/mods/2
I still find it silly that someone like a DPS tank has 2 might
Once you enable it you can use it to edit individual characters by viewing their character sheet in-game to update the cheat table pointers so you can edit attribute and skill values.
It can't change classes or do the advanced skill stuff like Unity Console mod, but the mod caused my game to crash.
I know this is an old post that was necrod, but for anyone who may read this later, might isn't that important for DPS.
My DPS evoker wizard had a 10 might, but a 18 perception and 18 intelligence, and he out damaged every companion i had combined.
For DPS you're better off hitting reliably more often, and more targets (if you have aoe attacks) than increasing might.
Yeah, I didn't necro I just saw it was necrod and put in my 2 cents for further readers, cus I'm sure this post gets searched up a lot by people looking to edit their save game
Facts. Is unity still the best way to reroll companion classes etc.?
EDIT: Not tried it yet, but posts in this thread claim to have a fix for Unity Console for 5.0. https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/7112276-unity-console-for-poe2-30-bugs/
