The Last Sanctuary quest bug - cant find missing part of stone disc
Im on the quest The Last Sanctuary, I healed the adra column and made peace with the crazy tree lady, also read all the souls and helped the woman stuck in the roots. I have combed the island but could only find the golden ring part under the adra tree.

Looking online I saw the second piece is supposed to be in the lions den, but its not there. I went there and looted a bone pile in the cave but it only had random loot, a pistol and some coin. Was really hoping someone here could shed light on this. Am I looking in the wrong place? I have been stuck on this scouring the island for the past hour. Is this quest just bugged?

It's in the cave with the bones to the north. No idea why you haven't found it there. possibly a bug? Double check your inventory to make sure.

If you're a druid, you find out that Berath gave the souls to the evil tree :( She's so mean
